We want you to love your Verdè pieces! However if you are not completely satisfied with them, we are able to offer returns for refund, exchange or credit note.

RETURN TERMS

- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

- The items must be in the pristine condition in which they were delivered (i.e unworn, unwashed, unaltered). 

- All pieces must be returned with their original tags, hygiene stickers and garment bags.

- If the items are returned despite the above conditions, the items will be returned to the customer.

- Sale items are final and not eligible for refund. However, size exchanges are accepted pending stock availability.

FAULTY ITEMS

At Verdè all of our products undergo vigorous quality control checks prior to being sent out. However, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience & disappointment caused in the unlikely instance that you have recieved a faulty garment. 

In this instance, please contact our customer service team immediately at hello@verdeswim.com. Please include your order number and clear images of the fault in the items, and our team will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

However, please be aware that items that are damaged due to normal usage, accident, or failure to follow the provided care instructions will not be considered as faulty.
